For the past year, the Tufts Medical Center Physician Organization, Woburn Pediatrics and North Andover Pediatrics, and the Alliance for Quality Care physicians have been attempting to negotiate a new contract for 2009 with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA).
